This antique art nouveau Jugendstil pewter tankard is stamped "Kayserzinn 4009" and was created by Kayserzinn in Germany around 1900. It is embellished with rasberries or hops (which are used in the brewing of beer. Kayserzinn was a German company and the leading producer high-end art nouveau pewter from the late 1800s through 1920. See less

Some prefer Kayserzinn polished, while others choose to leave the aged patina. It is a gorgeous piece either way. less
