Van Teal applied … Read more A glamorous large modern acrylic table lamp designed and crafted by Hivo Van Teal, a Miami artist. Van Teal applied expertise in acrylics to produce lamps, sculptures, and other acrylic products. Existing products have increased substantially in price in the recent years. The lamp features graduated sizes of acrylic rings that become smaller from the top to the bottom. A metal rod holds the rings together and holds the electric wiring from the sockets to the base. The round base supports the lamp and displays the artist's signature. The lamp harp is topped by an acrylic finial that completes the elegant design. The semitransparent slices distribute sunlight or other light source. The lamp turns on and off. The lamps are signed. Dimensions: 30.5 H X 12.5" W X 7" D. The lamps are heavy. See less
