The ferrule tip is copper, the tapered handle iron and the shaft carved out of wood with a woven stop. Still functional, the drill is highly sculptural in the fluidity of its form. A discerning collector traveling to Lombok on behalf of a museum purchased this tool over 30 years ago. See less
