Handmade in France's rural farm country during the second or third quarter of the 19th century, having a primitive oak and pine wooden cabinet, three board rectangular removable lid with handle, shaped interior with interesting rotating wood paddle, above the iron drain pipe, on the exterior the simple fully operable hand crank cast iron mechanical mechanism is visible, consisting of two cast iron gears, shafts and mounting hardware, outlined by metal flashing over the joints, standing on tri-squared canted legs.
