We are selling this great 17th or 18th century old master painting. This Spanish or Italian painting features a sleeping Christ child being visited by an angel. Apparently the genitalia on the Child offended someone at some point and it was removed. Frame is a nice old frame with some damages and in need of light restoration.
Condition: Old master condition. Several punctures damages and losses to the canvas. Some damages to the framing with some cracks in the wood.
