A rare and elegant set of eight Royal Worcester bone china plates celebrating the theatrical world of Gilbert & Sullivan, with four beloved comic operas represented: H.M.S. Pinafore, Iolanthe, The Mikado, and The Gondoliers. Each plate features a different character and scene, with two plates of each design included. Beautiful as a group, they create a sophisticated theatrical display in teal, olive green, and crisp white.

The set has a particularly appealing connection to London theatre history.
