19th century rare, unique oils with real gold applied not gold gilt paintings. Photos do not do shine of gold justice.The most gorgeous, ornate real gold frames I have ever seen. Both protected with antique glass covered mahogany shadow boxes. Shadow boxes over paintings were used to protect paintings from smoke, pipe, cigar and fireplace.
