A wonderful set of antique tiles. The design depicts Jesus with a donkey, perhaps showing his triumphant entrance into Jerusalem at the beginning of Holy Week. The scene is beautifully painted in clear, soft colours. Date Approx: 1880 to 1920 Size: [each tile] 13.5 x 13.5 cm Weight: 4.9 kg Medium: Ceramic Condition: A number of breaks and missing tiles - please see photos. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
