This Really is a Great Looking & Quite Rare Original Matching Set of 3 Antique American Coin Silver Napkin Rings. Circa Approx 1850s. Unusual Hexagon ( 6 Sides ) Shape. They are Signed - Stamped "L&W" this Being the Documented Maker Mark of Leonard & Wilson in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Each is Completely Hand Made. They have Embossed Raised Panels that are Decorated with Assorted Flowers, Pineapples and a Butterfly Etc. By the way Did you Know that the Pineapple has been a Symbol of Hospitality Representing Warmth, Friendship and Generosity for Centuries. Each Also has a Single Raised Panel that is Hand Engraved With Presentation Monograms Possibly J.F.R to H.A.P. The Monogram Panels Are Also Engraved with the Numbers 5, 9 & 10 Indicating that They were Once Part of a Larger Set. The Set is in Very Nice All Original Cosmetic and Usable Condition - Display Beautifully. They are Lightly Tarnished - Need a Good Polishing. Very Light Age and Use Wear - No Damage - No Repairs. The Set of 3 has a Substantial Combined Solid Coin Silver Weight of Approx 74.65 Grams / 2.400 Troy Ounces. They have Been Professionally Tested and Absolutely Guaranteed to to be Solid Coin Silver.
