Blown Glass Fazzaletto Handkerchief vase in the style of Venini, in beautifully vivid red exterior and bright green interior. Polished pontil mark on bottom.
The vase was created using opaque "opalino" glass in two colors of glass that were fused together while the glass was super-hot.
This style, Fazzoletto (‘Handkerchief’) is one of the first works designed by Fulvio Bianconi for Venini.
