Circa 1920 GE Prepayment Coin Operated "Hotel" "Taxi" Fan Original Finish. This example still retains its original very dark green satin GE finish. Internally, the fan is freshly serviced by an member of the fan community that is known for his expertise in "Coin-ops". The coin mechanism functions as it did the way it left the factory! The fan operates for 60 minutes on a nickel. Brass coin door is a modern production but manufactured to replicate the originals. Coin operated fan are highly desirable!
