This French Art Nouveau Pedestal by famous designer Emile Galle with early signature circa 1900. Exquisite Art nouveau shaped pedestal with the more rare early inlay showing flowers & butterflies that never stops impressing. Later this inlaid scenery was changed to a more easy scenery with leaves to keep up with increasing demand. Emile Galle is world famous for his art nouveau designs & marquetry of amazing skill displayed of various musea. The pedestal is a display of amazing craftsmanship & design. A real collectors piece ! The pedestal remains in very good antique condition with only a minor spot on the second shelf (see picture). We kept it in full original condition.
