A stunning 1970s split reed rattan sofa set! It’s been refinished and reupholstered, offering you the rarity of authentic vintage pieces in like-new condition! Featuring gracefully sloped armrests, horizontally stacked rattan interior construction and a fun chevron design of split reed rattan wrapping around on the sides/back/feet. The frames are solid wood on the interior with thick rattan pole seat supports. The cushion inserts and upholstery are all new using Kravet high performance fabric in a cream color.
This sofa is accompanied by a matching cushioned ottoman and side table with smoked glass top & hollow storage space below. These are the remaining 3 pieces from a larger 7 piece set which is shown in some of the photos for size perspective.

- This furniture is super sturdy and in excellent condition! All rattan has been inspected, cleaned, sanded and hand finished with … moreThis furniture is super sturdy and in excellent condition! All rattan has been inspected, cleaned, sanded and hand finished with boiled linseed oil. There are gorgeous natural color variations within the rattan strands. All upholstery foam inserts have been replaced and is all brand new using high-end Kravet high performance fabric. There are minor discolorations on some of the rattan from exposed nail heads consistent with its age. Also, the rounded smoked glass top on the side table doesn’t meet the edges for a perfectly flush top, this happens as the rattan trim bends with age. less
