George III English Ladderback Dining Chairs Set of 6, Fine Velvet Upholstery
Offered for sale is a set of six fine English George III ladderback dining chairs upholstered in velvet. The chairs feature pierced leaf- four pierced and foliate-carved splats, velvet upholstered seats on canted molded square legs, and are joined by H-stretchers. The chairs retain an old, possibly original surface as shown in the detail photos.
They were passed down through generations within one family.
