Offered is a stacked Cherry Wood and Spun Brass ring lamp, in the style of Russell Wright's Skyscraper lamp. A stunning and stately piece of craftsmanship composed of thick square wood floating blocks spaced with spun brass rings. Sleek brutalist/modernist profile.
Topped with a brass spool finial.

The lamp is in working condition. The wood blocks are varnished and show no chips, scratches, cracks, or fissures. The brass shows age appropriate patina but no signs of oxidation or hard tarnish. The bottom is unfinished and has no protection - 2 holes show lamp wiring for plug and other hardware for click button power. The ball chain pull on the socket works perfectly, the click button on base block does not.
