Pair of exceptional tufted barrel back lounge chairs designed by Gio Ponti for Casa e Giardino in Italy, circa 1950s. These chairs feature a meticulously crafted tufted backrest and arms, exemplifying Ponti’s renowned mid-century design aesthetic. The legs are elegantly shaped in an organic style, made from stained wood, adding a distinctive character to the pieces.
