Grey mottled background side design. Scooped top with an elegant curved taper shape. Manfred Veyhl's work is considered among the top of the modern German makers. This particular style and type of piece is very rare. The company was in business from 1930 to 1950. Marked "Silberporzellan Manufaktur (SMP) Veyhl, Plüderhausen, Germany, GeGr 1930, 6/24-100" on the underside. An indecipherable silver overlay marking at top right on one side. See less
