Rare and beautiful vintage Murano hand blown opalescent white and cobalt blue spots Italian art glass leaping whippet or greyhound dog sculpture, on gold base. The piece is very elegant, with an Art Deco feel, and portrays this wonderful dog leaping in the air. The base is profusely covered in gold leaf. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Mid-century era. Collectors item! Measures 10 1/4" long x 6 1/4" tall.
