Vintage Daum Nancy Signed Miniature Vase Enamel French Glass. Design and shape is very rare and this is the first example I have seen in miniature form. The shape looking from above and below is a diamond. A dramatic acid etched and enameled Daum landscape vase of forest trees in the snow with a winter sunset created by inter-color shaded warm butter gold painted glass. Each side reflects a different view of the winter landscape.
The glass is exceptionally thick on this piece (in the thickest part approx. quarter of an inch thick) and I would say this has 99.9% enameling. It weighs exactly a pound. Measurements are 2.25 inches wide, 2.75 inches tall and at the widest point between two corners on the diagonal is 3.5 inches.
Signed on the bottom in fine black signature on base: DAUM NANCY with Cross of Lorraine

The Chairish Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
