Tight upholstered seat with … Read more Vintage carved ebonized wood Savonarola arm chair on castors, newly upholstered with plush magenta velvet corduroy. Tight upholstered seat with self welt, sits firm with crowning. Has brass nail head detail. Loose firm back pillow with self welt. Wood is carved and ebonized, with brass finials. Perfect as a side chair or desk chair. Overall height is 36” with the finials. Overall width is 26.25” and overall depth is 22” . 33” high to top of back cushion and 31” high to top of wood back structure. Loose back cushion is 14.5” high by 22” wide and 6” deep. Depth of seat cushion is 21” overall and 15” deep with back cushion in place. Seat height is 20” including the 2.5” Dia castors. Seat cushion is 4” high welt to welt. Seat width is 21”. Arm height is 26”. Wood finish is in good vintage condition. Upholstery in excellent condition (newly done) and is a cotton poly blend velvet with wide ribs. Chairs was recently featured at the Hotel Figueroa DTLA in Erica Everage Art’s immersion suite, with its very “Daisy Jones and the Six” groovey vibe which complimented the historic 1920’s hotel style.
