Gastone Rinaldi designed this beautiful and iconic pair of rare armchairs in 1954. The shape of the armchairs is sculptural, unique, and extraordinary: the two soft armrests merge to form a backrest with filigree contours without restricting the seat's comfort. The legs of the chairs are very finely designed and create a wonderful symbiosis with the organically shaped seat. Gastone Rinaldi found contour-soft and ergonomic shapes and projected them onto his designs. The frame comes with steel legs. The chairs were produced between 1955-1960 and are in good vintage condition. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
