This Georgiana Kettler rare vintage 1967 Mid Century Modern " Self Portrait " original signed fine art monoprint is an incredibly special and unique piece to add to your collection. The one of a kind fine art monoprint is created by the artist Georgiana Kettler in 1967.
Georgiana Kettler ( 1946 - 1996 ) is an American born painter, printmaker, illustrator, and photographer. She was an arts educator at The Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Metropolitan State University, and University of Minnesota. Artworks by Kettler are included in many public and private collections including the Walker Art Center Minneapolis, The Nelson Atkins Museum of Art Kansas City, and The Kansas City Art Institute among others.
The rare vintage original one of a kind signed Modernist fine art monoprint measures 12" W X 12 1/4" H, with an image area of 9 4/4" W X 11 1/2" H. It is printed on premium heavy weight art paper stock with vibrant ink colors. The print is hand signed, dated, and titled in pencil below the image.
It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and light signs of handling. It has never been framed. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price.
