The famous ‘Alaska’ pottery series were designed in the 1950s by Matthew Adams while he was working for Sascha Brastoff’s studio. When he opened his own studio he continued to produce this Alaskan line, this time however prominently signing with his own name. After all he was the one who had designed it.
Up for offer are a lidded sugar bowl (no. 145) and a creamer (no. 144) in his iconic style.
