The Scotty dog glass collectible craze began when President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s Scottish Terrier, named Fala, won the the adoration of the American public.

The ice bucket shows an enameled pattern of black Scotty dogs. A red checked running border bands the lower area of the bucket, a radiating star cut base.
