The Pop Art poster print is published by Motif Editions London, printed in England in 1973. It features a New Wave Postmodern style artwork image created by the artist Duggie Fields titled " Acquired Mannerisms ". The 1973 artwork was later used by the California New Wave music band The Motels for the cover art for their 1980 album titled " Careful ".

Douglas Arthur Peter Field ( 1945 - 2021 ) known as Duggie Fields, was a British artist who resided in Earls Court London. He was one of the new Figurative Painters that defined Britain in the 1970's and 1980's. His work was internationally influential, especially his graphic sensibility. His fashion sense was second to none. He emerged in the early 70's as a fashion icon along with friends fashion designer Zandra Rhodes, and artists Andrew Logan and Kevin Whitley all who created precedence for style, glamour, and art not seen outside of Warhol's Factory scene.

The Hard Edge Post-Pop Figuration was a revelatory moment that led to a fifty year painting practice in which Fields blended the day-glo palette of cartoons with imagery from fashion and advertising. Mixed into these sharp, graphic compositions were art historical references to Dali, Mondrian, Pollock and Miro.

The rare out of print Postmodern lithograph print Pop Art poster measures 30 3/4" W X 25 3/4" H. It is printed on smooth finish paper stock with vibrant ink colors.
