Handmade Studio Ceramic Glazed Bowl by Ceramic Artist Yukio Onaga
This ceramic bowl by Yukio Onaga features a rounded form with a smooth, inward-curving rim and a slightly raised foot. The bowl is coated in a dark glaze that transitions between deep reddish brown and black tones, creating a varied surface texture through the firing process. The interior showcases a spiral design at its center, subtly integrated into the glaze. The glaze application appears even, with areas of subtle mottling that suggest using a reduction firing technique. The underside remains unglazed around the foot ring, exposing the natural clay body.
