Seguso was always very attracted to glass and began his love affair in the 1940's under the best glass making of the time. Seguso opened his own glass factory in 1969 and integrates glass, granite, marble, and wood in his works. This abstract piece is signed and dated on the base and made of a beautiful purple murano glass. This work of Seguso featured swirling loops of purple glass that sits upon a cylinder of glass.
