Lithograph by Taiwanese artist Chen Tsing-Fang, titled "Love Above Confrontation" (1984-87). The piece showcases a blend of classical and modern styles. On the left, a figure reminiscent of Renaissance portraiture is depicted with soft, naturalistic shading, while on the right, a Cubist-style figure uses bold geometric shapes and vibrant colors. This juxtaposition of classical realism with modern abstraction reflects a dynamic conversation between art historical traditions and contemporary forms. This limited edition piece is numbered 69/200 and signed by the artist in the lower left. Known for his work in Asian Modern and Contemporary art, Chen Tsing-Fang (b. 1936) blends cultural influences with modern expression.
