Fascinatingly ornate vase with a brilliant finish and colour
Displays a desirable aged patina and in good order throughout
Quality Japanese ceramic, with a light cream ground
Bold form with wide, flared rim and tapering gently to the foot

Foliate frieze to the front and rear fascia, set upon a rich green ground
Relief gilt accents adorn the fascia and add appealing highlights
Striking shaped handles dazzle with lightly time-worn gilt finish
Noritake 'Komaru' export mark to the base, registered in London circa 1908
