It is made of Northern Elm Yumu, one of the finer furniture wood and it came from Shanxi Province. It has the clean lines of the Ming Dynasty and will fit in any modern decor There is ample storage inside. Shelves are separated by two drawers. This cabinet has presence and the wood grain is beautiful. The only ornamentation is the carving on the bottom apron. 40 inches wide, 24.5 inches deep and 72.5 inches high. See less

It has a beautiful finish that withstood the time spent through the hot and cold seasons of Chicago. Due to the changes of seasons, one of the doors warped and will not close completely. The doors close better in the summer. Also there is a reveal (shrinkage) between the mitered frames and the door panels. less
