This Type and Size … Read more This is an Exceptionally Nice Matched Pair of Antique American Coin Silver Serving Spoons. Circa 1860s. This Type and Size of Serving Spoons Were Used for Vegetables, Berries, Etc. They are Hand Made with Classic American "Bright Cut" Style Hand Engraved Floral & Berry Features. They have a Slightly Faded Gold Wash - Gilt Bowls Each has a Hand Engraved "N" Letter Monogram on Front of Handle. They are Signed by the maker A Stowell & Co. Silver Company of Boston Massachusetts. They Also Have The "Coin" Silver Mark.
They Have a Substantial Combined Solid Coin Silver Weight of 3.022 Ounces Troy.
Each Measures 8 1/4 inches Long. Handles are 1 inch Wide / Bowls are 2 1/8 inches Wide.
