Set of two refinished Hans J. Wegner armchairs in beech.
The armchairs named "The Koldinghus Chair" after the old Danish castle Koldinghus were designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1988 for Frederecia Møbelfabrik in conjunction with a major restauration of the historical castle that had been partly burned down in 1808 during the Napoleon wars.
The beech chair has the well known elegant Wegner design and comfort well known from other Wegner chairs. The comfortable chairs have been checked and refinished by our cabinetmaker to insure that they are in very good condition with only minimal signs of age and use. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,

or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
