This versatile English mahogany music stand from the turn of the century has the ability to lay flat or adjust to nearly 90-degrees, depending on one's needs or function. Perfect for displaying sheet music, as a book display, or easel for small works of art. There is a brass tilting mechanism on hinges below the rectangular wood top, joining it to the columnar pedestal for balance and stability. This functional stand has a turned mahogany pedestal over three splayed legs and original paw sabots on casters. Cleaned and polished with a paste wax, ready for your interior.
