These specific examples were … Read more Very nice and rare pair of lounge chairs designed by wh gispen for gispen, holland, 1937. These specific examples were specially made for t.h. Delft in 1961. These are the only examples made with white bakelite armrests, normally they were only produced with black bakelite armrests. Very nice original pastel yellow leatherette upholstery which was also specially made for t.h. Delft. The chairs are highly comfortable and are in excellent original condition. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
