Italian Baroque style dining room sideboard in dark wood. Lower cabinet rests on bun feet and has paneled double doors with scrolling foliate ornament. Three colonettes with acanthus motifs, stop fluting and Ionic capitals are surmounted by "mask" motifs. There are two small drawers with brass pulls. The mid section of the sideboard has turned and ornamented small baluster supports, three beveled mirrored panels and a diminutive brass rail. The grand upper section features two cabinets having carved panels with figurative motifs, four colonettes and a paired arched niche with narrow, arched beveled mirrors and an additional colonette The beautifully carved pediment style top is decorated with urn finials, scrolling foliate ornament and a central mask.
