Deep cobalt blue porcelain typical of the highest quality French sevres porcelain of the early 19th century with a cavernous deep interior space , hand marked signature and inscription underneath. Note : This important antique jewel box was always meant to be a very valuable object of art and a keepsake intended for the very affluent individuals and was made in very limited numbers , particularly this larger version which stands out prominently.
