Studio-made in France, this pair of Titan easy chairs were part of Olivier Gagnère's first edition run in 1992. And while these are early production pieces, the condition is superb - they were incredibly well cared for in a light-use-environment.
Such impressive size and scale - ideal for larger folks who need the space or smaller folks who can curl up and get cozy in this pair of oversized throne chairs. The combination of mohair and leather is simply exquisite. The cost for these chairs brand new is just as large as their size - but our price is a steal of a deal and they are ready to be placed into your interior for immediate use.
These 'Titan' oversized armchairs by Olivier Gagnère in mohair, leather, chip-carved oak and gilt bronze would work great in a Classical, Art Deco, Traditional, Transitional, Mid-Century Modern, Scandanavian Modern or Danish Modern home or penthouse apartment but could also look fantastic in a Contemporary or Post-Modern room. ABOUT THE DESGINER:
Olivier Gagnère's father was an antique dealer who paved the way for his passion in Decorative Arts. In early 1980’s, he met Ettore Sottsass and worked with the Memphis Group in Italy, a feat not many designers acheived. Today, his work is included in many national and international collections in prominent museums and collectors homes.
