The lithograph print photo poster is published by Art Unlimited Amsterdam, printed in Holland in 1989 in an unnumbered limited edition. It features an iconic black and white 1966 photo image of the American Pop Art master Andy Warhol ( 1928 - 1987 ) by Nat Finkelstein titled " Andy Warhol White Wall ".

Nathan " Nat " Finkelstein ( 1933 - 2009 ) was an American photographer and photojournalist. His work primarily focused on political developments and various subcultures in New York City in the 1960's. In 1964, Finkelstein entered Andy Warhol's " Factory " as a photojournalist and remained there for three years ; Finkelstein's photographs from this period are now regarded as some of the most iconic of that time.

Finkelstein's photography has been the subject of over seventy five worldwide exhibitions, and held in the collections of many prestigious museums including The International Center of Photography, The Whitney Museum of American Art New York, The Andy Warhol Museum, The Tate Modern London, The Victoria & Albert Museum, The Ludwig Museum Budapest, The Brooklyn Museum of Art, The Stedlijk Museum Amsterdam, and The Centre Georges Pompidou Paris among many others.

The rare out of print framed iconic photo poster measures 23 3/4" W X 18" H X 1 3/8" D. It is custom farmed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modernist black metal recessed detail frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in very good vintage condition The poster print is in very good vintage condition consistent with age, use, and light signs of handling and wear. There is a tear in upper right side corner that has been repaired, light surface wear, and some creasing along the lower bottom outer margin edge. It is brand newly custom framed and has never been displayed. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price. See less
