Canadian Inuit caribou antler carving of 2 seals on base. Repulse Bay artist, I believe it reads Iyaitok, (could be artist Eeyaitok . Measures 1 1/2" tall x 2 1/4" x 2 1/2".
Excellent condition, no chips, cracks, or repairs. Comes with original card showing certified by the Government of Canada.
