This is a spectacular pair of carved French Louis XV armchairs. The chairs date to the 1870s era and feature pierce-carved crests, something rarely seen with this form of chair. The chairs are in good condition with normal signs of age-appropriate wear and patina. The upholstery is old so it will show signs of wear and stains and fading.
Dimensions:36.25 inches high x 24 inches wide x 22.5 inches deep. Seat height 17.5 inches.
