The color is of a very vibrant red featuring the “battuto”or hammered technique as well as the "Molato" (engraved) technique, which features a color clear color with a stunning red inside. To create the "Molato" two different processes are needed: first you model the hot vase giving form and color and secondly, after cooling, it is taken into Moleria, where the artists hand-sculpt the work, making it unique in the world.

Alberto Dona is a Venetian glassblower recognized for the ability to create large and very intricate pieces, which require exceptional handling. Several of his pieces have been displayed in the Murano museum.
