Antique color etching titled "Independence Hall"in Philadelphia. This aquatint etching is from 1928 by Austrian artist Luigi Kasimir (1881-1962). It is hand signed in pencil by the artist's estate at the lower center. Comes in vintage frame with gallery sticker on the back.
The plate mark size is 13.75" x 18".
Minor wear commensurate with age.
