Dated January 19, 1829, this beautifully handwritten document was written in lengthy detail with the map of the parcel included on the document. A square seal from the government is attached at the top and 3 wax seals are at the bottom with signatures. Document sight size measures 27” x 22”. Frame measures 33” x 28.5”. Not examined out of frame, but the paper appears to be parchment. See less
