Hand made in China around the 1960's - 1970's these superbly carved pieces each have a colourful circular inset Cloisonné enamel panel on the top - 2 opposing panels.
They portray Chinese scholarly and auspicious items, floral arrangements in decorative blue and green vases (prunus / cherry blossoms), and urns.
Set on elegant cabriole legs, with stylised fortuitous bats on each arch between the legs. The top of the table is made from beautifully matched rosewood.
Lovely as well as very functional and useful Chinoiserie pieces for your home. Can be used as stands, pedestals, side / drinks tables, stools or purely decorative items.
