Large Martaban Ming dynasty stoneware storage vase with dragons, 14th century. Beautiful Ochoa and yellow-brown glaze with decorated dragons and Ming clouds. Applied snail or dragon loops for ropes to hold down lid for storage and transport on vessels throughout Southeast Asia where these vessels were revered and collected for their beauty and utility. Ming dynasty (1368-1644)

Diameter 20.5 inches
Condition: Excellent. One tight line lower vase 15 inches long (I owned and displayed the vase in my house for over six months and never noticed hairline until I took photos for this listing).

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations

- Chairish Freight Delivery
