Featuring Indiana's iconic style, the poster depicts a silver tone "25" near the center against a dark blue circle surrounded by a red border with silver tone stars. "New York City Center Anniversary 25th Anniversary" is printed across the bottom. In the circle around the number, organizations within the institute are named including "New York City Opera" and "New York City Ballet." The bottom edge of the print is marked "List Art Poster 1968 HKL LTD" to the lower left and "Robert Indiana 1968" to the lower right. The print is unframed and was printed in an edition of 1,000.
