Vintage; 1960s silver plate, bumble bee emblazoned handled, lidded, honey pot holder, server piece by the well-esteemed, and revered Brazilian Silversmith Company, of Soppil Wolfe. This is a wonderful inclusion and conversation piece; for any dinner table, breakfast/brunch service, but beyond this, this lidded container may also be used for other storage, if need be or desired. There was never an inter-liner or glass insert, when we sourced this from a Palm Beach Estate. Usually we have seen entire coffee and tea service sets with indigenous wood handles carved in a Mid-Century design esthetic, added to the silver pieces, which they are known for, which are quite collectible. Each piece is marked with the engraved, maker's markings, with an affixed sticker as such on the main piece, stating content and provenance country, stating, WOLFF, Silver Plate, Made in Brasil, (Note the spelling of Brazil).
In excellent condition.
