18th C. zinc architectural fragment from a chateau's decorative trim known as "faitage". Extremely old and extremely fragile, there are not many examples left to be found. In our 22+ years of importing from Europe, this is only the second time we have had the pleasure to offer them. We have several other examples (both small and large) now for sale on Chairish as well as numerous terracotta, wood, and iron architectural salvage pieces on offer and many more coming in the next month as we have acqured 300+ pieces from a well-known European antique dealer.
