Here is a beautiful pair of folding chairs made by Stackmore in the later 20th c, likely the late 1970's. Each chair has a wooden frame that is carved to look like bamboo stalks. The backrest is adorned with woven cane, while the seat is upholstered in a matching white leatherette/vinyl. The chairs fold up so they can be stored when they are not in use. These are not your average occasional, folding chairs - they are lovely and sturdy!
