Characterizing the lavish curvilinear style of Art Nouveau, this vintage Persian Mashhad rug features an ornate center medallion surrounded by an all-over floral pattern and arabesque spandrels. The meandering botanical motifs and ornate floral embellishments cover the opulent burgundy-wine colored field with layers of meticulous details.
